There is a cell of dark looking clouds moving in from the west and they don't want to get the panels wet. Crane 5b has a big piece of steel to lift but not action so far. Winds are forecast in the 9-10 MPH range. They might also be waiting for this nasty looking cell to move on before getting that steel in the air.
