This is what I expect...the dome can't host crowds until air conditioning is in place for the entire facility and at a minimum level of MERV-13.

I think there is a very real possibility there will be no crowds until the spring, when the AC install is scheduled to be completed.

I assume SU has been discussing this with Cuomo and if the governor has indicated full AC at MERV-13 is a base requirement for re-opening to crowds, SU might expedite the AC install process.  If that is even possible.
