Lastly, JF was good at running the football.  JF was not good (in fact, quite bad) at pass blocking.  Given the offensive philosophy, which focuses heavily on the passing game and also tempo (limiting the amount of substitutions), JF was not a good fit in a Dino Babers offense.  Instead of complaining about his lack of PT, he should have dedicated those energies to improving his understanding of the RB's role in the blocking schemes of the new offense.
