so far is the start time.

One was at 7 pm and the other was at 12:30 pm

I think the later games brings the fans in,something the ACC and Syracuse could care less about.

I am pretty sure that with the exception of moving URI to Friday night Syracuse has no control over the times of the games. We are in the hands of ESPN at that point and they decide when the games will be.

Noon is not great but it is not worth all this bitching about. It will still be a nationally televised game against what could be a top ten team at the Dome. There is only 1 nationally televised night game on ABC and I believe 1 on ESPN so the chances of SU getting one of those were slim after last season. Let's be happy we are at least on ABC and not ESPN2 or ESPNU, fill the dome and be loud. Louisville in 2012 was a Noon ABC start and we blew them out of the Dome. If we can keep winning maybe ESPN will at least give us Clemson at night.

Also nothing in the rule book says you can't get drunk before noon. I actually prefer it that way then you can take a power nap and then start Saturday night drinking, it's like a 3 day weekend.

ABC isn't national, it's regional. They will show different games on the West Coast, B10 country etc. ESPN2 is national, one game in the time slot. This isn't the 80s anymore. I disagree with the notion that ESPN/ABC is better. ESPN/ESPN2 have been twins in every cable lineup the past 2 decades. There is no difference.

I thought the regional ABC was only for the 3:30 kickoffs. I seem to remember the Clemson game two years ago being shown on ESPN2 in Omaha even though it was ABC on the East Coast. I thought the Noon ABC game was still a true national game mainly because there are no games kicking off on the West Coast. I just checked ESPN.com and they don't have any info up yet as to if there are other ABC games at Noon that day.
