Well his qb sucks and has all american numbers
His basic philosophy is every 4 plays to take a shot for the endzone
He's got balls
I was all in on some young coordinator but it, he's made it happen already. Im all in on him.
Some think his age (i think he's 52?) works against him. We wont get any young coordinator for ten years but he could.

I think his age (he's actually 54) works perfectly for us. He's right in that sweet spot where we can keep him for 10+ years if he works out, and he's old enough where he's not going to be a "hot young commodity" so chances are he's not gonna get chased TOO much, unlike a guy like Frost or Riley or Sanford.
