Also, I think your write up threads tend to spur some pretty good conversation that maybe would not otherwise occur.

For this weeks show my take away was two things that Baber's said in this show that he often says that always make me feel better he is the coach for us.

1. He always talks about how he can't wait to get back to the Dome.  If (when?) he gets thing really humming, and we are not cheapskates with him or his staff, I think we have the chance to keep him for as long as he wants to coach.  Me thinks the Dome is our secret weapon!

2.  He always focuses on the long game.  Changing the system today to keep games closer or steal and extra game or two is not worth giving up progress toward the long run state of what our systems will be.  Get the kids learning the system now even if we have to take our lumps so that the "long run" comes sooner and is being better executed when it does arrive.
