The game probably won't be remembered as one of the best ever but it was fun to be there and enjoy. Fans were put on a roller coaster that didn't slow down until the final horn sounded.

This game meant a lot to the team, the program, the Head Coach (as seen in his presser) the players, AND THE FANs. Great way to end the regular season. Terrific momentum builder into bowl season and year 2 in the ACC. We finished 3rd in our division a great feat, in itself, for our 1st year in the ACC with a rookie coaching staff who had some growing pains throughout the season.

In terms of thrilling Dome wins in the final seconds, off the top of my head, I'd put the following games ahead of it…

1987 WVU
1998 Va Tech
2002 Va Tech
2011 Wake Forest

We have won some other games in OT, e.g. 2000 Pitt and 2004 Pitt, but I think yesterday's game was more exciting.

The late BC int just made winning the game all the better. That had to have been a special moment for all the serious SU fans there to see that last second TD in person with all it meant.

I'd put the 2009 Northwestern game up there with the Wake Forest game. Coming off the Minnesota close game loss in the first game, that game felt like a program turning win. We finished the year 4-8... But even at that I felt like it was obvious the direction of the program had changed. And really the Northwestern game was the moment where I really felt that first, as soon as the field goal was good.

I still pull up the SUathletics YouTube clip of Marrone giving a game ball to the fans after that game occasionally, because that game felt so damn good.

Eerily similar to the 2011 wake game and the Ant Bailey fumble.

I had an amazing time. Most enjoyable game in my three years of having season tickets, which includes those wins over Louisville and West Virginia. The people who did show up, and stay, were loud. Our section had a blast. High fives were flying... Congrats to Cuse.
