- The first half seemed like the Colgate game all over again: a 16-4 start followed by a gradual comeback by the opponent. But Brown didn’t catch us, even though they closed to 38-32. And the second half was like the Colgate game, only we were Colgate.

- Bad Joe: Every game features three occasions when Joe Girard when he dribbles the ball off of his foot or gets his pocket picked.

- Benny Williams got a chance to play 17 minutes but he didn’t dazzle. He’ll be a work in progress for a while yet.

Yeah, I think you're right about Benny. Although, I wouldn't be surprised if it just clicks for him in a game, gets more confidence, and never looks back. I didn't realize he got 17 minutes, good to see Boeheim give him that kind of run as he needs it.

He's averaging 13.5 mpg to date. It's not like JB doesn't want to play him, but it really needs to click for him soon or those minutes will dry up in close games.
