- Yes, we can score without hitting threes but we are 55 for 178 on the season (30.8%). That’s not very good. Our opposition hasn’t been on fire but they’ve hit 40 more threes than we have (95/296: 32.1%). We don’t need to take more threes but we need to make more threes. If we did it would add an extra dimension to this team. A modest 7-8 threes per game would make us really hard to beat. And it ought to be possible without inside and dribble drive game. People should be open. We need Chris Bell to develop enough of an all-around game to stay out there and for him and Justin Taylor to shoot the ball more consistently. That will help Joe’s numbers, too.

- We need to get off to better starts. The first ten minutes of the game seem to be nervous time for SU.

- I’d like to get Quadir Copeland and Maliq Brown off the bench and into these games. There are too talented to leave them there, wondering if they should be playing for somebody else. The people ahead of them hare not so good that they should have a lock on the position.

- Let’s face it, Georgetown does suck. Maybe not as bad as last year but we still have yet to beat a good team.
