He doesn’t shoot it because he’s not at the three point line. Instead he drives into the defense and gets tangled up in it, forcing him to shove the ball toward the basket in corkscrew fashion. He was 2 for 8 tonight and scored 7 points against a team that shouldn’t be able to guard him.
