- Northeastern was missing three Players, Vasa Puscia, who was averaging 14.2ppg, Sean Occeus, who averaged 10.8 last year and Maxime Boursiquot (6.3). It might have been a different game with those players.
- The excellence of Tyus Battle the last couple of games deserted him to night. He was 1 for 7 from the field, including 0 for 4 from the arc and scored 2 points.
- Frank Howard shot 1 for 5 and 0 for 3 and also scored 2 points after going 1 for 7 in the last game. That’s our starting backcourt, folks. 2 for 12 and 4 points.
- Both Chukwu and Bourama Sidbie got dunked on by Northeastern’s Anthony Green.
