- The team got out-hustled in the first half, letting an inferior team hang with them. Having watched the Indiana-Butler game earlier that day, I was a bit nervous. But Canisius is not Butler.
- We got out-rebounded 34-37. Yeah, there were a lot of long rebounds but we seemed a step slow to everything in the first half. We’d been a good rebounding team.
- We were a putrid 9 for 18 from the line. Even the normally automatic Brandon Triche was 3 for 5. This comes after a 13 for 27 performance vs. Monmouth. We’ve had other good games but we’d better not have games like these alst two from the line against the good teams.
- Trevor Cooney disappeared after 6 ineffectually minutes as JB went with a combination that was working to blow the game open. There will be other games for TC.
