Been to every Cuse game at the Dunkin Donuts center for past 20 years and each of BC games when they were in the Big East. Going back to Conte last night was shocking, I forgot how small it is. Cuse fans made up 35% of crowd, were loud and it was funny to see the reaction of the BC fans. One of the things I will miss about the big east are the pro stadiums they play in & ability to get a few beers. The Dunk holds about 13k and Conte holds 8500. PC fans have an edge to them, it's a Rhodee thing. They really get into it even though they know the outcome will not favor their team. Having alcohol available does make it a better night. Being downtown makes a big difference too as pre and post game options are in your face as soon as you leave the stadium. BC fans did get into it last night and made it better experience than if SU blew them out from the tip. Having it on campus kinda stinks, not much around there within walking distance. Might be different if I were a student. If BC ever gets good, tickets will be tough. Playing at the Garden would be sooo much better.
