What I see is a player with enormous potential. If he stays four years, he'll be as good as anyone we have had, except for Carmello.

He is a great fit for our system--will be an outstanding 4 down the road, and a major contributor throughout his career here.

Though I'm upset that Southerland has an issue that will keep him off the court, I really like Jerami and am glad he's going to get more minutes. He's going to be great.
