I don't know if people watch these each week, it never generates much discussion on the board. Probably because people are digesting SWC's write up of the radio show.

Matt Park does a good job with these. And I'm glad they now do a close up of Dino to answer the questions. Before it stayed on the same camera, and Matt's nodding during Dino's answers was something I found distracting.

Dino says something happened on defense that he didn't want to make public, but then goes onto say there was staff conflict and the players couldn't "serve two masters".

The way he talks about Stanard, and then says it's not the time to hand it over to someone new "in this situation" (he highlights that), confirms to me that he has someone new coming in for next year.

It sounds to me like Ward and Stanard were butting heads a lot on the scheme. One of them had to go and the players supposedly love Stanard. I agree with you that we will likely see a new DC.
