Maybe he doesn’t want people looking into the money he spends as it would probably be under more of a microscope when it comes to NIL. It seems interesting that he wouldn’t put it towards the program considering where he spends it elsewhere.

Yeah, there are farms and bot-generated accounts that are something like a dollar or two per 100 "followers."

I don't think it's going out on a limb to wonder whether he'll be the subject of an investigative piece at some point in the not too distant future. The hope, of course, is that the conclusion would be benign.
