Lets compare ourselves to other teams that don't have fertile recruiting grounds and have been inconsistent for 20 years.  We are at the point where we have to be creative. We have to find kids early, grab camp kids and hidden gems. After that we have to develop them and get them to compete. Kids that can give you chance to beat teams with more talent.  BC was able to do that in the mid 2000's. All in all, you can't ignore the value of developing players. Culture and game day coaching plays a big part too.  That's how teams with less talent win.
