Can't argue with any of the points made. We really need to come out and take control of this game early and not play from behind and allow Albany to gain confidence, get comfortable.
The ND game was the first one where I felt like our team was just out muscled and seemed to retreat into a shell in the face of a very physical ND team. I don't think we're going to see some of the size mismatched we saw in that game and hopefully, the D will get after Albany early and ofter. I agree that if McDermott struggles early, he will get the hook.
Williams is going to need more help from his wings here if we want to control possession and keep the Albany attack on the sidelines.
That's where they missed Staats. Bigger attack that can be physical.
This game should have a ton more flow and open space on the offensive end.
Agreed. Would love to see them give Lane some more run. Dude is a big guy who's hard to move. Plant him down on the side of the crease.

Lane has the potential to be a good player but hes no where near ready for primetime yet. Forkin would be the next attack up if they wanted to try someone besides Barber.
I'd comment on your article, but the link is blocked.
