The part that stinks is that usually in the past if you had a year like this, it usually means the next year the team is going to be a lot better whether it was the team being too young or something like that, but this needs to be and will be completely different team next year for good reason. This is where he needs to realize he tried something else and it didn’t work. Alex needs to make him aware of that too with the players that he’s scouting.
