Job Description: College Football Head Coach
Where: Un-named University
Location: Somewhere
Skills:
Must be able to recruit nationwide, while bringing in only 4 & 5 star players
Must "own" NY, NJ and PA recruits
Must be excellent game day planner
Must be excellent game day coach
Must be able to delegate authority and responsibilities
Must be responsible for all football operations
Must ensure all student-athletes complete their degree and are enrolled in a masters program prior to graduation
Must hire the perfect OC, DC and SPC
Must win Division Annually
Must win Conference bi-annually
Must win NC at least once per class
Must be nominated for coach of the year annually, winning at least one in three.
Must be offense minded
Must be defense Minded
Must be Special Teams Minded
Must play toughest OOC schedule for credibility
Must play Panzy State U for numerous wins
Qualities:
Must work 125 hours per week
Must be a family man
Must handle media very well
Must handle big donors even better
Must handle fickle fans best of all
Must have 15 years experience as OC
Must have 15 years experience as DC
Must have coached Special Teams for at least 5 years
Must have recruiting connections in every state but Alaska and Hawaii
Must not be over 35 years of age
Pay:
Sucks (though any fan would gladly take the paycheck)
Staff pay is worse (though any fan would gladly take the paycheck)

The above is how it appears we fans are recruiting our new HC. I have read as much as possible on the the search but seriously, no one knows for sure how a coach will perform until he arrives on campus and starts working. I will leave it to Coyle to come up with real search parameters. We Orange fans are an ornery bunch when we want something.
