The PF call That lead to Dinos

Watching the play again.. There are 3 refs in the 5yd area of the play . The head judge the middle judge and the side judge.. Not one of them threw a flag on that play.. The flag came from the back judge 20 yds away from the play. What is he doing getting involved on a roughing call from the end zone.

Much like the punt blocking penalty we got where they roughed us OB.. not flag came in on the block the flag was throw from down the field after the play went OB..

I love how Luke Benson gets called for holding with one hand on a guy's shoulder and having no clear grip on the guy, yet our receivers can get mugged and no calls.

I dunno, might have been Shitiano yelling "MAKE IT RIGHT! MAKE IT RIGHT!" over and over at the refs IMMEDIATELY prior to the play.

I have watched this series of events 10 times and I have no clue what he was screaming about for 3+ minutes, but he got what he wanted out of it...

The blindside block in the punt was a good call. I could see it from over 100 yards away.

At the Sheraton about 11:15 ish the entire crew was standing near the check in desk. Dcuse and I walked by I blurted “Hey watch the holding would ya” They just glared at me and I said while walking away “ just joking geez”. Guess they got the last laugh.

They looked genuinely scared of Schiano for some reason. They didn't look like the officials of the game, they looked like they had no authority. I have never seen officials sit there and let a coach berate them like that and let him tell them what to do.

I agree.. I just question why the flag was thrown so late. Players need to learn how to deal with that play better. it was solid contact not violent. and the flag was thrown again by a ref not even close to the play.

I agree. I could actually tell he was going to block him in the back before he did it. It's so predictable at times. I was watching the play set up and thinking, "don't do it, don't do it, dammit why did you do that!"

Does anyone know what Dino did to earn his penalty? He said he didn’t swear at the refs, what else could it be?

A ref who wasnt even part of the other calls decides to impart his wisdom.. Same ref who called the formation calls more then likely since he is the only one really near the coaches.
