The NCAA Tournament was a formality. Right now, IMO, Syracuse sits where DePaul was in 1994. Things haven't completely bottomed out but the trajectory is clear. One NCAA tournament appearance in 6 years. Is this University going to make the change necessary to avoid bottoming out like DePaul?
