One of those being, having a player you watch from the time they’re recruited until they graduate. But the point you make about not even knowing the player till they get on the field after a couple years is a great point. Honestly, thanks for pointing that out b/c I never made that connection and it helps check off one of the things I didn’t like with everything happening.
