Shafer went to a bowl in his first year and last year was a disaster, but giving up after 1 bad year isn't what being a fan is all about. 2012/2013 were good years to be an SU fan again. Last year wasn't. While the team was struggling we left a decaying conference, built a top-notch IPF, and now have a new AD coming in who may or may not be the next step to rebuilding the SU brand but giving up now seems silly.
