[QUOTE="dinosaurbbq, post: 1168164, member: 1333"] SWC75 -- Thanks for doing this! Solid information and thoughts. I see Mississippi State losing to Alabama or Ole Miss at Ole Miss the last week of the season. Those are two dang tough games to have to play still. Plus its just tougher if you haven't been there before and Miss. State certainly hasn't been there before. I think Ole Miss has a much better chance to run the table, because I think LSU and Auburn are both easier games than playing Alabama at this point. After getting embarrassed by Arkansas and only winning by a point, Alabama beat the tar out of Texas aTm this week 59-0. LSU has been nowhere near as good as I expected after squeaking by Florida and getting killed by Auburn. Auburn did win at a pretty decent Kansas State squad and killed LSU, but they lost bad at Mississippi State and play Ole Miss at Ole Miss sandwiched between games against South Carolina and Texas aTm. I also would love to see the egg bowl decide it. I don't think there'll be two unbeatens in that game, but I'll be rooting for that. I can't see FSU losing with that easy schedule remaining, including to Louisville with two weeks to prepare right now. Marshall can't possibly lose to any on its remaining schedule. I'm headed to this weekend's game to see Rakeem Cato in action. He's an incredible athlete and they are pretty entertaining to watch. I think they'll make a much better bowl as an unbeaten than you do, but certainly not in the playoff picture even if all the other current unbeatens have a loss and they obviously don't deserve to, either. After this weekend and where things stand right now, I'd put the following four in the playoff: FSU Ole Miss Oregon Michigan State Hopefully if these are the 4, they'll split up Oregon and Michigan State since they've already played this year.
