- Kyle McCord hung in there to complete 31 passes for 392 yards, (his most yet), and 2TDs. He gives us a shot in every game.

- We scored our average: 31 points. The problems were on defense.

- Oronde Gadsden had a strong comeback game with 8 catches for 102 yards and a touchdown on the catch-of-the-year.

- Jackson Meeks had 7 catches for 108 yards.

- Justin Barron had 11 tackles, including 2 TFLs and a sack.

- Alijah ‘Cinco’ Clark had 9 tackles and a big pass break-up.

- I’m not sure how important his loss was. We are bowl eligible. We aren’t going to make the ACC title game of the 12 team playoff. We can still win some games and go to a warm-weather bowl. All our goals still seem to be within reach. It was still another exciting, competitive game between two fairly good but not great teams, with more to come.
