- It’s over.

- The sun is shining.

- It’s just one loss, even if seemed like 3-4 of them.

- We had two good stretches: 13-5 after the 2-11 start to get to within 15-16, (would it have made a difference if we could have gotten the lead? Would we have relaxed and played our normal game?), and 18-7 after it was 41-72, mainly because JB left his starters in and Coach K didn’t.

- Jesse Edwards was as good as the highly rated Duke big men. He had 12 points on 6 for 8 shooting, 9 rebounds, 4 steals and 2 blocks as well. He also had a brilliant behind the back assist. Yes, some of that came in garbage time but Jimmy Satalin said that he was playing just as well against the Duke starters and he was right.

- Frank Anselem played well, hitting all three of his shots, (I think they were all dunks), grabbing three rebounds and blocking a shot they didn't bother to record.

- Symir Torrence played well again, scoring 4 points and getting 6 assists in 25 minutes. He might have gotten more but his leg got road graded and he had to leave the game. I hope he’s OK.

- Our guards rebounded well: 5 for Joe, 4 for Buddy. Unfortunately that was more than our forwards got (3 each for Jimmy and Cole).

- After our 4 early turnovers we had just 6 the rest of the way, although the impact of each was magnified by the fact that we were way behind and trying to make a comeback. We actually wound up +5 in turnovers, which might have given us a chance to win this if we’d shot our normal percentage.

- We’ve never been an NCAA team from day one. All I want is a 52nd straight winning record and that’s still doable.

9-10 with 12+ to go.

LET’S GO ORANGE!
