- We beat Holy Cross 90-46 a day after Connecticut lost to Northeastern 67-69 to go 0-2. This is getting fun.

- We were 13 for 25 from outside, including 5 for 10 from “A-Trey”, (love that nickname!). When we do that, forget it.

- We did better from the line tonight 11 of 13, helped by the fact that Chukwu never got to the line.

- We had a more appropriate rebounding edge for a game like this, 39-27, although it could have been even better than that, as we had significant height advantages at every positon. Nobody had more than 6 boards but four guys had that many.

- We had 5 double figure scorers even though nobody played more than 26 minutes. They had one, even though three guys played 30+ minutes.

- John “One Eye” Gillon, had 15 points, 9 assists vs. 1 turnover in 18 minutes. Pretty good.

- Tyler Lydon hit a couple of second half treys, meaning we'll have to find something else to worry about.

- White and Battle broke it open midway through the first half. White hit a trey. Battle stole it and got it to White for a trey and then Battle hit a trey and suddenly it was 31-14 instead of 22-14. Later Thompson added a deuce and Gillon a trey to make it 36-14 but that quick burst by White and Battle ended the competition. It happened so quickly, you just said “Wow!” We’re going to say that a lot this year.

2-0 with 29+ to go!

I liked the fact that we beat a team that we were supposed to beat by 44 points (nice number that ). In the past few years, we would have only beat them by 15-20. They didn't let up this time (unlike against Colgate).

I always enjoy it when your write up ends in "to go" because it means we are undefeated.

He has been insane. 9 assists in 18 minutes with 15 points is amazing.
