- It’s over. We can enjoy the other games.

- Never judge a team by it’s best or worst game. That was one of them. I think.

- We are still ‘Punter U.’ Jack Stonehouse did a fine job, averaging 44.2 yards on six punts – and he did it away from the Dome. Not that it mattered. The Tar Heels could start a drive from anywhere and score anyway.

- Umari Hatcher had 6 catches for 85 yards, including a 34 yarder to get the ball to midfield in our one scoring drive. He stole an interception from the D-Back while they were both falling down. It got us going for a while.

- Justin Barron made 14 tackles, 9 of them solo, with basically one hand. The other was so thickly wrapped it was basically a club.

- Tez Walker didn’t score.
