But we needed to beat this team by more than that. - If we can lose close games, we can also win them. But as Jim Boeheim said in his rather exasperated presser, we haven’t played well enough to be in position to close out games. the question is: can we get better? Sure we can. Quincy can become a double-double machine, (He was 12 and 9 tonight). Edwards could press Sidibie into playing at his best all the time instead of some of the time or take some of his playing time and prove to be a better player. Joe Girard’s 50 ppg in high school could translate to 20ppg here, (he had that against ND and had 10 in the first half last night).
