- We beat Otto Porter, 46-33

- We also beat his teammates, 46-24. As a matter of fact, we held them to 7 for 35 shooting, (20%).

- It was one game. We don’t have a great team, just a pretty good one and a 22-5 record is a good accomplishment for this team, with more to come. What happens in the post season will be based on how we play in the spot season, not on how we played in this game.

22-5 with 4 and more to be done.

LET’S GO ORANGE!

Nice positive reframe. I can't wait to read your downside!

Except that it's not just one game. It's a recurring pattern that shows that we have some real flaws that cannot be fixed ...and so will re-appear again and again...or the staff is not making corrections. There certainly is no fix to our poor shooting it is what it is. We have guards that just are poor perimeter shooters including BT despite his having a good game once in a while. The most troubling thing was that we made no defensive adjustments during the game to slow Porter. You would think that they would have changed to "stay home on Porter" instead of collapsing on penetration but they never did. GTown ran the same play (baseline drive) and kick out to Porter on the opposite wing like 6 times and every time the forward on that side collapsed leaving Porter alone.

There were reasons we won the 22 wins that also aren't going away.
