And btw, they had to be cold, even as nice as the weather was, it wasn’t summer. I see the same clothing on the SU female students on campus. (Sidebar: I believe that everyone is responsible for their own behavior. Just because you dress like a skank doesn’t mean you’re asking for trouble. But it increase your odds considerably.)
I don’t want to hear about “Rape Culture” on campuses. Girls should have a little more modesty unless they want to be viewed as skanks. There I said it.
