I'm no lawyer but they could verify website activity through his ISP. If a website was used to conduct any kind of a crime then the feds have jurisdiction. Then they could get a warrant to search the house and computers. If they went to the house to find a computer and take pictures, they would probably go look around the house outside if they couldn't find computers or hard drives that might be missing? Just ideas of course I am no lawyer or insider. If this was a credible verified internet related warrant the feds just might bring in the Secret Service's Electronics Crime Task Force to investigate which has an office in Buffalo: [url]http://www.secretservice.gov/ectf_buffalo.shtml[/url] They'd bring in these guys anyway, even if there was no webcams or websites just to conduct forensics on the PC. I'm going with my gut and saying the web was somehow involved. If he was a sick person and he wasn't acting on these things in real life he would have been on the PC and internet no doubt.
