Ok I just took a guess as to what room they were taking pictures in. I once knew someone who had a kitchen on an upstairs floor. Should I list that as well? So if it was his office what do you think they were taking pictures of? Do you think they were sitting around his office with Bernie posing pictures with him? Odd's are 95% of upstairs rooms are bedrooms and bathrooms. So what rooms do you honestly think they were in taking photos? Maybe he liked the wall paper? Perhaps... This is my wid a$$ guess: Someone came forward, this person has either been in the house or seen the inside of the house via webcam. The warrant would come very easy in that regard. I'm no lawyer but they could verify website activity through his ISP. If a website was used to conduct any kind of a crime then the feds have jurisdiction. Then they could get a warrant to search the house and computers. If they went to the house to find a computer and take pictures, they would probably go look around the house outside if they couldn't find computers or hard drives that might be missing? Just ideas of course I am no lawyer or insider. If this was a credible verified internet related warrant the feds just might bring in the Secret Service's Electronics Crime Task Force to investigate which has an office in Buffalo: http://www.secretservice.gov/ectf_buffalo.shtml They'd bring in these guys anyway, even if there was no webcams or websites just to conduct forensics on the PC. I'm going with my gut and saying the web was somehow involved. If he was a sick person and he wasn't acting on these things in real life he would have been on the PC and internet no doubt. I hope he is innocent...So stop this crap with your grandfathers study... I'm glad your gonna have a study someday.
