Trust me, I'm very happy we won't be seeing Big East officials anymore. They let them play a bit more than previous games. No complaints on the calls for the most part.
I don't know how you figure that. How many offensive fouls should SU gotten (Baye at least 2-3, and Silent G had one too), but then the call on CJ like I said in my initial post is an offensive foul while the guy is still moving. If you are going to call it one way then stay consistent, don't be wishy-washy.

The officials weren't necessarily one-sided. They were just wildly inconsistent and only enforced the new hand-check stuff about 25% of the time tonight. Just makes it hard for the players to know what the heck the rules of engagement are. If we made some shots it would not have mattered as much as it almost did.

The officials are going to miss some calls. It happens. Yeah there were some bad calls but there were bad calls on both sides. I don't think the refs had any effect on our inability to hit shots and our poor ballhandling. Make plays and a couple of bad calls from the refs = irrelevant.
