I suppose. But it's not like there is an expectation of Rutgers in the Big Dance.I suspect the reason Rutgers might be there is because they are higher interest this year due to their two high profile NBA Draft prospects.
As an aside, the two Rutgers frosh are playing well at 20+ppg, but freshman will almost always have some flaws in their game... can't expect freshman to turn your program into an automatic tournament team, especially in the portal era.
