We keep hearing how Syracuse is, and will always be, at a big recruiting disadvantage due to:
weather
aging dome
weather
weight room, etc.
weather
coach
weather

How then is it possible that the BB team, playing in the same aging facility in the same weather with a perennially criticized coach gets get this:

Maybe, just maybe, SU football recruiting is not doomed. (Please don't tell the doomsayers.)

There's a big difference between playing BBall in front of 33K and playing football in front of 33K. But the other issue is that SU BBall is considered Elite BBall. Football is not. Great HS players want to play with proven teams.

...but most schools do. i think the point being made was, a basketball court is indoors no matter what school you go to. the only football players you absolutely should have locked up with a dome is kickers

My point was all schools play hoops in doors. Not an issue. For some football players, they like grass (not that kind) and playing outdoors in the sunshine.
