So Chris Beard can ditch Arkansas-Little Rock and go to UNLV and then leave UNLV after 2 weeks for Texas Tech.

This coach gets to have his cake and eat it as well. However, if a kid wants to transfer they have to sit out a year.

NCAA should pass a rule if a team fires its coach or the coach leaves then all scholarship athletes can transfer without sitting out. If the players want to stay for the new coach okay but the NCAA really cares about "student-athletes".

Beard gets 8 million dollars to move from Arkansas-Little to UNLV to Texas Tech.

I think kids ought to be able to transfer and play immediately.
Only in basketball and football do they have to sit.

The schools should write stronger contracts.

Maybe if the coach gets fired but not if he leaves for aother reason. Heck, why shoud a coach be able to take an entire team or a starting 5 with him if he leaves for "greener pastures". Not fair the the first school or it's new coach.

I wouldnt object if the rule made was kids couldn't go to the school their coach went too. Just to stop tampering.
