Seriously, I once read an article about a complete volunteer effort to raise money to assist a shelter for abused animals or animals who had to be given away or something like that. Posts in the comments section chastised them for not spending their time on a more important cause like cancer research. Seriously, like charitable actions are an either/or proposition.
