2) In addition to the points you and Mike made about what's expected out of the guards.  There are several intangibles I would add, playing like you're scared to make a mistake or you'll be benched, the learning curve and speed of the college game, understanding the game speed from the start of the game, getting inside your head about when and how much time you'll play.  These are issues for any player, but magnified for a freshmen.  Guess what, I think this is ok and expected (up and downs).

Although it's been a lot of discussion regarding guards, Kadary is not superman to fly into every game and situation to save us, he's going to have good and bad games (and so will Buddy and JG). They are 3 good guards, just have to figure out what's the best way to utilize and maximize their skill sets for the team.
