No more on the job training with first time head coaches who were in over their head from the start. No more bonehead in-game coaching decisions that make zero sense and that are indefensible. No more crazy talk at press conferences. This football program now has a professional and proven head coach with a track record of success who knows what he is doing in this role. This program has a brand new IPF, it will have a new stadium or a renovated stadium soon, and we have a head coach with a winning track record who understands the modern game of college football in the year 2015...the time for excuses are over.
