Janine garafolo and the portly pirate weren't running around all game when Babers coached them. Part of this devito stuff has to be making a point about what he actually wants to do. And he doesn't think there will be many chances to safely do it. Maybe he is thinking about wr recruiting too. We need some more fast guys that we can convert to db lol

It would help if he ever recruited running backs so that super dave dungey wouldn't have to be our whole running game

Yep. He needs Devito to be ready because Dungey isn't going to protect himself.

Right now it's a less structured Deleone offense.

Backup should be Strickland at qb. I'm not sure that I'm joking.

We haven't seen a Babers recruit out of HS play a solid WR yet. I'm hoping one is waiting in the wings on the sideline because WMU's WR's looked a lot better (other than Custis).

He's just some random fat guy in a starter jacket I met at the trough. Thought everyone would want to know what offense he wants

Stupid phone
"eyes straight ahead, banners"

Fixed it for you. Please send cash to the DMed address. ;)

True.

Dungey simply refuses to protect himself.

That decision to take on the LB near the goal line really bothered me - no need to do that - especially at that point in the game.

Maybe babers was punishing dungey , maybe he figures that the only way this guy will learn is to bench him

My seven year old loves him because he's " crazy"

Kind of my thought. In the presser Babers seemed confident in his Devito experiment and Eric said he was in coach’s ear about getting back out there. I like to pretend Babers told him “you’ll go back in when I say you go back in” or something similar.

I love him because he's crazy, too. Scary your 7 year old and I think alike.

It reminded me of Jeremy Shockey against the 49ers, and I don't want to ever be reminded of that again.

Maybe.

Hope so.

The guy needs to be on the field for this team to win.

And you're seven year old is right.
