Whoever is not included in the 4 or 5 major conferences will simply have their own National Championship in basketball & football. Eventually, when the majors break away from the NCAA, these other conferences can simply call it the NCAA Championship.

The Big Boys will have their own championships.

I prefer it this way. I realize we will have no more Butlers or VCU's in the Big Tourney, but I would much rather see a first round matchup of Duke against UCLA. The games would be much more competetive from start to finish.
