This Tension Wouldn't Be Happening If Tyler Ennis Had Stayed in School

Ha, I literaly just posted that article at the same time.

Imagine giving up years in Syracuse for a mere $1.73 mil. yearly salary.
Note the implication, though, that a Syracuse background is questionable when the NBA considers defensive skills.

Luke Walton On The Key To Tyler Ennis' Success In The NBA

In the immortal words of Francis -- it's been three damn years since Ennis went pro. That we're still lamenting it and have had a new starting point guard all three [and soon to be four] years since then is on the coaches for not recruiting an adequate replacement.

It'll still be brought up in 2027.

Kinda telling that he has to be apologetic about coming from a school that plays zone D...

I really think that Ennis did enough at the end of the season to get signed by someone. I also agree with Luke Walton, if he can shoot the way he was at the end of the season he will be in for a nice NBA career. 45% or better from the field and 39% or better from 3 should do the trick.
