Lawrence Moten is the most competitive guy you can imagine. He was out there trying to win that game. LOL I feel like Moten has become our forgotten "Great".

John Wallace threw down a few THUNDER DUNKS as well as hitting three 3-pointers. Hakim also threw down some circus dunks, whether or not he took an extra step to do so. He knew what the fans had come to see. Hak also had a shot block that swallowed up a shot by Gene Waldron on the sideline, right in front of Coach Coleman (how's that sound?).

Derrick also reached out from the sideline, making a face like a cartoon villain, trying to swat a jumper from G-Mac. Gerry felt the pressure from DC, though, and ducked under and stepped left to launch the 3. Andy hit a three or two. Matt Roe was happy to dink in a couple lay-ups.

Wes Johnson played garbage man and had a fist full of dunks from in close. Donte Greene had some highlight reel dunks and took some really far-out outside shots. He got a better reception than at past events, so I think people are starting to let go a bit. Jonny Flynn and Z Sims took turns putting some Globe Trotters dribbling on display, although most of Z's passes mostly went straight up into the air, aimed at no one in particular.

All in all, a great time, seeing so many old heroes. We have a special program.

IthacaMatt, not only was this a once in a lifetime experience for the fans, I believe it was for Coach Boeheim as well. I have NEVER seen him smile so much! What must it have been like for him to watch that game and see all those kids - now men - he coached? And although I know the alumni came back for the fans, I also think they came back for Boeheim. What a rarefied club they are in! What fun, what nostalgia! We will never see the like of something like that again.

Although someone once said, never say never...

I have watched jb coach since his very first game in Spfd mass against harvard. He has never smiled that much. I don't blame. It was a beautiful event last night.
