Bodes well if Desko needs to make a mid game switch. Liked seeing the young guys out there moving around, lot of energy and a lot of movement. Solomon looks poised to break out next year. Mariano and Salcido were good as usual and Donahue was able to score a few goals despite all the attention he got whenever he had the ball. A few disappointing aspects as well, was hoping Dejoe could get a goal or two and get some confidence going into the ACC tourney. He had a few looks but didn't have good placement and looked hesitant to dodge. Thought Evans really struggled again, had his usual mindboggling turnovers and missed at least 3-4 great looks including 2 or 3 on the doorstep. He just can't seem to put it all together, it's extremely frustrating knowing how much talent he has. I thought the biggest issue of all was Desko playing key guys well in to the third quarter risking injury. Ben Williams had zero reason to be on the field when he took that hit, his night should have been over at halftime or midway through the third at the very latest.
