Funny story, I had a deaf friend who lived in that room where you see the number 343. He grew up in my neighborhood and was quite a character. He was into astrology, scientology and psychic energy. He believed cats were psychic. I learned how to play chess from him and played a series of matches for two months during the Fisher/Spassky world chess championship from Rajkovic, Iceland. That match was a world wide sensation and carried move by move on public television. There were chess masters hosting the show debating and analyzing every move and motive. I was rehabbing from surgery so I had a lot of time on my hands. I studied openings, middle game and end games. With all of that time on my hands I got pretty good in a short period of time. It wasn't very long before I started beating my friend who had played chess his entire life. He got so discouraged that he left his entire chess collection, including five different sets and numerous chess related books, at my house and quit the game.

By any chance did any one here ever live or visit this house?

"Informed that SU athletics director Daryl Gross told the Associated Press on Wednesday that he expected the Big East would want Syracuse to move on now, Marinatto replied, “I don’t know. I got a text from Daryl just a little while ago saying, ‘Cheers. Congratulations.’ But I haven’t had a conversation with Daryl in regards to that.”
