Aaah, good ole' Thornden Park.
Good to see its always mugging season there, even after all these years.
Maybe she shouldn't have been walking around there late at nite, but then...the bad guys win!!
Its like when I lived in Manhattan and people would put those "No radio" signs on their car's windshield, so perps wouldn't break in.
It doesn't really address the problem, just capitulates to it. Oh Lord
