Slideshow: Predicting SU Stats Leaders for 2014-15 Season (BR; Neuman)
The Syracuse basketball team will have a completely new group of leaders in 2014-15. There will be new trendsetters on the court as well as on the stat sheet.
Tyler Ennis, Jerami Grant and C.J. Fair led the Orange in most statistical categories last season, and now they are all off to the NBA draft. That leaves the returning players and incoming freshman to work to fill the box score.
So who is going to fill the void left by the three future pros? Let's make some predictions and take a look at who could lead the Orange in the main statistical categories next year.

76ers Tossing Around Idea of Trading MCW (PS; Axe)
...
A report from ESPN's Chad Ford and Kevin Pelton indicates the Sixers have "tossed around the idea" due to their interest in point guard prospect Dante Exum in the 2014 NBA Draft.
"The Philadelphia 76ers are Exum fans as well, and if (Andrew) Wiggins is off the board, Exum will be in the mix. They think Exum and Carter-Williams could play together in the backcourt, although it would not be a very good shooting tandem. I think the more obvious fit comes if they trade Carter-Williams, an idea I'm told they have bounced around."

The Corcoran senior is a high-jumper and will be trying to get back to the state championships during the state-qualifier on Thursday at Cicero-North Syracuse High School. If he succeeds, it will be the sixth time in four years that Stokes has qualified for one of the state championships (outdoor and indoor). He finished third at the state championships as a sophomore.
"To have that kind of talent for four years is unbelievable," said Corcoran coach Mike Cabrinha.
"When I jumped 6-7 to become third in the state (as a sophomore), I was like states? So anything could actually happen," Stokes said.
