No, they won't announce Saturday game times till all the Thursday games are completed.

It's not unprecedented for them to flip the game times of the weekend games. This happened in 2010 when SU played the 10PM Friday game then played at Noon Sunday. That being said if SU and tOSU advance that game has the entire country watching Saturday 1PM on CBS written all over it.
