I see a team offense that grew along with its talent at QB and especially RB over 4 years.  Furco, for all the talk about him, is never that great.  His size and pluckiness help to exaggerate his accomplishments.  Once they move to relying more on Scottie Williams, the offense improves.  I hope Lester also has realized in looking back at the Elmhurst stats that a faster tempo offense is a more productive offense.  That's pretty much the difference between 2011 and 2012 is 5 additional plays a game.

It doesn't allay all of my fears but it's not as gloomy an assessment as Millhouse makes out.
